Job Description
Bargain Central Warehouse is hiring multiple Sales Associates! Not only are we easy to access, located within 10 minutes from the US 60, 101 and Loop 202 freeways, we have a flexible work environment and will work with you to fill the shifts you need. We are looking for outgoing, motivated and hardworking individuals who enjoy working on a team and can work independently. This position provides a high level of customer service to our customers, and the right candidate should be available to work day shifts and weekends. We offer a great employee discount and competitive pay. All applicants will get a response within one week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting management in daily store operations;
- Promoting all aspects of the business, including selling, pricing and merchandising;
- Assisting customers in an enthusiastic, timely and knowledgeable manner;
- Maintain shelving/displays and restocking as needed;
- Communicating our refund policy to customers; and
- Ringing up sales and making change
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
- Have great customer service skills;
- Be at least 16 years of age;
- Have one or more years of experience in a retail environment (preferred);
- Possess basic math skills;
- Be able to work at a fast pace; and
- Be available to work day shifts (9 am – 3 pm Mon. – Fri.) Weekends and holidays
