Barefoot Hide A Way Grill is Hiring a Food and beverage manager Near Panama, FL

Job Summary :

The Food and Beverage General Manager at Barefoot Hide A Way Grill will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's food and beverage operations.

This includes ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and costs, developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, and overseeing the hiring and training of staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry and have a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including the dining room, bar, and kitchen
  • Ensure high quality of food and service standards are maintained
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor inventory levels and take action to control costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for supplies
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and events
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions for improvement
  • Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and manage budgets
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification preferred
