What will you be doing?

Barclays Bank Delaware seeks AVP Transaction Fraud Strategy in Wilmington, DE (multiple positions available)

• Work on SAS business tools to perform complex data analysis and build the needed strategies to mitigate fraud and reduce the net losses for the company• Manage fraud loss on card not present scenarios while managing the customer experience simultaneously• Build out Tableau dashboards, deep dive root cause and adhoc analyses and planning future initiatives• Work on third party integrations to support business models• Implement and configure big data technologies as well as tune process for performance at scale apart from providing low-latency, high-throughput data solutions for the company • Optimize the data flow and integrate with third party API to capture the needed data points • Work closely with Business Teams to ensure all the development efforts requested are developed and supported • Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including planning meetings, estimations, and design sessions• Design the dashboards on Tableau for leadership team key metrics• May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field• 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation 

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Wilmington, Delaware location at 125 S. West Street. Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington, DE Riverfront. A glance out our windows reveal a scenic look at the Christiana River, along with a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the Wilmington train station is a short walk away making travel from New York and Washington, DC convenient.
