Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building complex databases reports and queries.

Building queries to export data between systems, generate reports and validation to collaborate with different projects.
Build reference queries for data extraction for exports and generate automatic reports from different data sources and ingest to various systems.

• Serve as the commercial data and systems subject matter expert.

Validate Data in Order Management and Demand Management modules against reporting systems. Identify and proactively address variances in data.
Validate and align Catalogs in the ERP system and downstream systems.
Fix and create rules on the forecast.
Analyze and resolve Forecast issues with regards to rules and error reports.
Create and maintain a data system monitoring set of dashboards to give visibility to data delivery among various information pipelines in a timely manner.

• Bridge data requirements with system requirements.

Detection, follow up and documentation of new functional requirements definitions for projects and systems.
Research and define concepts with stake holders, commercial managers, accounting, procurement, supply chain.
Validate final expectations with stake holders and system users for different data models (Sales, Order Logistics, Customer Service, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc.)
Mapping and validation of items numbers, items hierarchy, stores attributes, customer hierarchy, ship to locations, bill to locations, and data attributes across different data bases models.
Validation and maintenance of the Forecast, Warehouse Sales, Customer Sales, Scan Sale Data measures, KPI, and metrics.
Manage incident tickets to correct systems with internal and 3rd party systems.

• Database normalization and process automation.

Establish the dimensions and definitions of new attributes.

• Specify and create process documentation.

Creation and support of VBA Macros and other automation tools for Sales Orders templates, logistics processes, and mappings.
Normalizing data attributes for store types, account level, and other elements via email robots.
Store saturation implementation, analysis and testing between IRI, Spectra, Barcel Master Store List, Scan Sell and Customer Sales Model.
Mapping stores using proximity algorithms.

• Customer support and collaborations.

Training support for Demand Planning, Supply Chain teams and other business system users.
Assist business team members with macro configurations.
Working directly with the external and internal implementation teams to facilitate support and project communication through discovery, information sharing, follow up coordination, and execution of action items.

• High Technical and Business duties.

Automate reports with Power Platform (Canvas, Power Automate, Power BI.)
Lead integration between systems (Salesforce, CRM, Salsify, Oracle, Azure).
Generate SQL script for analysis and data extraction.
Optimize process (OL, OM, DM, Sellin).
Bitam, Order Management, Salesforce, CRM, MM, DM, OTBI, OACS, ARKON, Salsify.
DM MAPE analysis, forecast metrics (booking, shipping, adjusted and seasonality metrics), application of the Bayesian statistical methods and data conversion improvements.
Refresh data history in all the data models (Sellin and Forecast Cube, Power BI, trough SoftLayer).
Run procedures to recalculate metrics.
Develop VBA customs macros to automatize loading process or data feed.
Bilingual translations between teams on Mexico and USA.

• Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by manager.
