Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Review completed work order with customer
• Maintain high CSI score

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Auto Dealership Service Advisor or Tech Experience is Required
• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowlege
• Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
