Seeking a Rockstar passionate Person to generate home care referrals in the in the Monroe, Pike area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service,
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Previous health care experience: Home Care preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid eligibility, long term life insurance and Waiver enrollment process.
• Solid community and professional contacts within the local market
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
• Achieve or exceed quota monthly and quarterly.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Working in the field 75% of your time.

Responsibilities

The Marketer is expected to come in with an established track record and ability to build a referral stream.

• Generate home care patient referrals.
• Taking lead calls during schedule times.
• Sign new families into care with doing a in home assessment.
• Adding Care Plans to file to ensure we are giving excellent care.
• Liaise between clients and care manager during the 2-week introductory period.
• Collaborating with Hiring team, and Care Manager to ensure we have the right fit for the new families.
