Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As a Host/Hostess at Bar Pigalle you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and the seating arrangement efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to coordinate table assignments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with menus and assist with any questions they may have.
• Monitor and manage the flow of the dining room to optimize seating and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station and waiting areas.
• Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a host/hostess role or a customer-facing position in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and polished appearance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and restaurant operations is a plus.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
