Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a personable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Bar25. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and setting the tone for their dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to interact with guests, manage reservations, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, engaging with them in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently, taking into account table availability and server rotation.
• Communicate effectively with the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely seating of guests.
• Provide accurate wait times and manage the flow of guests during peak dining hours, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations, menu options, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as updating reservation lists, managing guest preferences, and coordinating special requests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
