Summary
Responsibilities
Manage all of nursing areas education. Responsible for onboarding new employees, annual mandatory training, EPIC classes, new product classes, new procedures classes, clinical nurse residency program, BLS, ACLS, PALS retraining. This is for all nursing areas to include RNS, LPNs, Surgical Techs, Patient Care Assistants, Administrative Unit Coordinators.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
RN license with Bachelors degree preferred.
