Summary
Provides behavioral health care using critical thinking skills learned and refined through education and experience as a Clinical Coordinator. Assesses, evaluates results, and implements complex methods of providing care. Participates in the delivery of care and functions as a specialty clinical resource for other caregivers. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing. Monitors, prioritizes, and organizes work environment to ensure safe and efficient operations in line with Company goals. Works in collaboration with the Director to ensure all established Behavioral Health departmental operational/financial goals are obtained. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Preferred: LPC or LCSW
Minimum: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field. LPC or LCSW or license eligible for either within one year of hiring into position.
Experience
Preferred: Clinical skills as acquired by 2 years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
Minimum: Clinical skills as acquired by 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting aloing with recent behavioral health experience.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Preferred: LCSW;LPC
Special Skills
Minimum: Basic computer knowledge using Windows Operating system and Microsoft Office.
Training
Minimum: Successful completion of Hospital and Departmental orientation.
