The Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse - Pool DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence based practice standards of quality, safety and service. Estimated pay range for this position is $45.00 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing – BSN preferred. RNs hired with an Associate’s degree have 5 years to complete the BSN degree.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Minimum 18 months of acute Dialysis setting experience required
• Current Florida RN license required
• BLS and ACLS for healthcare providers required
• Required to work minimum shift including weekend and holiday requirements as outlined in nursing staffing policy.
