Job Details:
- Position: Floor Care/Projects Technician
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with every other weekend
- Location: Providence Point
- Benefits from day one!
Summary: As a Floor Care/Projects Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our hard surface and carpeted floors shine with cleanliness and safety. Your role will extend to trash removal, event setups/teardowns, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our facility.

Essential Functions:
- Maintain all floors and walking surfaces in resident rooms, public areas, bathrooms, and more.
- Create a clean and sanitary atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Operate various equipment efficiently, including automatic floor machines, high-speed buffers, and carpet extractors.
- Complete floor finishing tasks with precision, such as stripping, seal waxing, and spray buffing.
- ️ Ensure timely trash removal and contribute to event setup/takedown.
- ❄️ Assist in snow removal for sidewalks and entrances.
- Perform carpet cleaning tasks using the correct products and processes.
- Cross-train in Laundry Worker/Housekeeper positions for a diverse skill set.
️ Physical Requirements:
- Lifting: Up to 50 pounds
- Carrying: Up to 50 pounds
- Walking/Standing: Frequently
