Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Home Care Physical Therapist to join our team in Paducah, KY.
In this role, the physical therapist designs treatment programs to restore function, prevent disability and relieve pain following disease, injury, surgery or loss of body part so that the patient may reach maximum performance within their capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Current License with Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
  • One year experience as a Physical Therapist
$15,000 Sign on Bonus to Qualified Candidates.
