Part-Time 7a - 7p

The ER Tech performs designated / delegated tasks in the provision of care for patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Manages by providing aspects of care within a specified timeline and completes routine non-patient department tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, or higher.

Previous ER Tech experience, nursing assistant training with 6 months or more experience.

The qualified candidate must possess current BLS certification (CPR) and phlebotomy training upon completion of orientation.

Candidate must have good clinical, organizational, customer service, and critical thinking skills.

Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training to be completed prior to end of orientation period and maintained annually.

Preferred Qualifications :

Emergency Medical Technician training, or prior phlebotomy training / experience is preferred.
