```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
