Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing - BSN. Minimum of 3 years supervisor management experience in a medical setting. Prior experience in case management or utilization management required,certification required or obtained within 1 year. Knowledge of reimbursement principles, discharge planning process, TJC standards, infection control principles, InterQual and Milliman criteria. Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Assertive and diplomatic communication, team building problem resolution, and negotiation skills. Must be able to deal sensitively with coworkers, medical staff and community representatives. Computer experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational skills including effective time management, collaboration, priority setting and process improvement. Demonstrates leadership ability, initiative, professionalism and integrity. Estimated pay range for this position is $92,480.02 - $120,224.03/Salary depending on experience.
