Requires

• 3 months (90 days) experience in the last 3 years - the 3 months experience must be with no
  more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
• Good work history
• Drivers discharged for safety reasons by a prior employer require 6 months of verified subsequent safe driving in a CMV in order to be eligible for employment consideration
• No major violations in the last 3 years - No careless or reckless driving in the last year while holding CDL
