Mentor Bonus Program

• $500 paid at pick up of first student
• $250 paid at pick up of each student

Requires -

• 21 years of age
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the past year AND at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program; before mentoring, drivers will need to drive solo for 14 days with clean logs; mentor training is one day at Arkansas terminal
• Good overall driving record / No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• Pass Urine Drug Screen
