Bantboru USA Inc. is Hiring a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Near Greer, SC
Responsibilities:
'- Manage/lead the daily shift meetings (Quality, production and supply chain status review in the Quality area) Prepare the related documents.
- Follow up the preventive and periodical maintenance activities and realize these activities.
- Create the production planning based on the concept. (Daily or weekly)
- Create the work orders daily through SAP.
- Give the first part approval at each start up and part number change.
- Create internal claims on QMAD and follow up with the al related people including the supplier (Bantboru Turkey)
- Create the customer and internal quality claims on QMAD and follow up the closure dates.
- Realize post audits.
-Make sure the shipments are done without an issue.
-Manage the daily scrap on SAP suspect part handling.
- Lead production operators, warehouse operator.
- Daily report to the operations manager.
- Authorization to stop the production and delivery in case necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
