We are currently seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician. This position requires a courteous, hardworking, organized person with excellent communication skills including verbal, email, and texting. Clean driving record.

In-depth knowledge of low voltage theory and troubleshooting a must. 99% commercial Access Control, Camera Systems, and Intrusion work. Service and small installations.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

Responsibilities:

Senior Service Technician: NICET Certification is a plus.

· Installation, service, and inspection of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm Systems and associated low voltage systems.

· Provide on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of said systems.

· Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot systems equipment that requires service.

· Ensuring the highest level of customer service & satisfaction.

· Interface successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management.

· Read and interpret installation blueprints and product manuals.

· Has excellent attendance and punctuality.

· Appears and behaves in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

· Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.

· Must have basic Networking and IP knowledge.

· Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

· Must be willing to follow PPE Guidelines.

· Must be able to utilize various mechanical lifts and ladders up to 50’ feet.

· Must pass criminal background check.

· Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

· Must be willing to work overtime in emergency situations.

· Education - High school or equivalent (Preferred)

· Experience - Access Control: 5 years - Camera Systems: 5 years - Alarm-Intrusion: 2 years.

· Work Location – Various location around Metro Atlanta and North GA
