Bankruptcy Management Sol is Hiring a Client Retention Specialist Near Dayton, OH

 

The Client Retention Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with the primary objective of retaining clients and increasing their adoption of additional Stretto products and services. Executing on the company’s established retention and cross-promotion strategies, this position will support initiatives geared towards the consumer-bankruptcy market. The Client Retention Specialist will collaborate with their counterparts across service lines to implement best practices for client satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Teams to outline streamlined processes geared towards facilitating account management, including implementation of verbal and written communication scripts. This position will provide day-today account support as needed and recommend business solutions according to clients’ individual needs and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Serve as the relationship manager and primary point of contact for assigned client list.
  2. Provide competitor information and trends related to assigned accounts.
  3. Process payments and address inquiries for consumer-bankruptcy solutions.
  4. Cross-promote software features and due-diligence products to clients.
  5. Assist with data-product integration and product purchases within the software.
  6. Maintain client activity logs for cross-promotion/upsell opportunities.
  7. Remain compliant with credit-bureau security and training requirements.
  8. Participate in Stretto training sessions for professional development.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements 

  1. Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant field or 3 (three) or more years of experience in the in industry.
  2. Prior bankruptcy industry, technology or professional-services company experience.
  3. Prior experience in B2B client-services capacity.
  4. Strongly demonstrates initiative and possesses superior problem-solving skills.
  5. Demonstrates a sense of urgency on both external and internal initiatives.
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Willingness to work hands-on to achieve objectives and consistently meet deadlines.
  8. Superior communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  9. Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.

Physical Requirements

  1. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards.
  2. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  3. Might be exposed to prolonged sedentary hours of work and use of computer.

The hourly pay range for this role is currently $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The annual base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
