Our high volume bankruptcy law office is offering a full-time position (40 hrs) for an experienced front office receptionist 8-5 pm Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can work in a fast-paced, energetic, and team oriented office. The candidate should be self-motivated to learn, friendly, organized, dependable, punctual, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Our receptionists are the first and last point of contact with our clients, and creating an impression of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency is essential. Primary responsibilities will be to manage a front office/lobby, answer phones, handle inquiries, book appointments, greet/assist clients, open/close office, and help keep main office areas tidy and welcoming. Our office receptionists need to be responsible and assertive individuals who play a key role in assisting attorneys, legal assistants.

Candidates will master the the use of bankruptcy case management software, trustee and court sites, and computer skills/programs to assist clients and keep their cases confidential and organized. Full time benefits include medical insurance
