Job Description:


Summary:
Perform duties to ensure bank documentation, processes, and procedures adhere to established policies and follow regulatory controls and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews daily new account reports to ensure the required documents were provided for each new account.
2. Reviews CIF Reports to ensure CIP compliance.
3. Performs file maintenance/corrections on address changes, duplicate records, and errors as needed.
4. Reviews signature cards, business account documentation, and documents for Trust, POA, and estates.
5. Handles unclaimed property reporting.
6. Handles tax form review, corrections, and withholding notices.
7. Corresponds with internal and external customers in response to a task or request for research.
8. Maintains customer confidentiality by adhering to privacy rules.
9. Researches account records by processing inquiries and printing information to assist with special projects.

Experience and Skills:

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous Teller or other equivalent banking experience.
