Summary:This position is responsible for sorting/opening mail as well as preparing and processing customer payments in the lockbox department at operations.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitoring and processing lockbox items, documents, and exceptions.Sorting incoming mail received from USPSOpening mail pertaining to the lockbox departmentPreparing customer payments for processingProviding backup to other Deposit Operations RepresentativesOther duties as assigned with timeEducation & Skills Required:High School diploma or equivalentExperience with data entry and 10 key preferred but not requiredBasic math and computer skillsEffective interpersonal relationships with managers and coworkersEffectively communicate in both oral and written formAbility to perform tasks quickly and accurately in a fast paced environmentAbility to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goalsAbility to effectively manage time as related to daily tasksAbility to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructionsAbility to prioritize multiple demands in a high pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
