Who You Are

Our I.T. team provides in-house technical expertise for the resolution of advanced technical hardware and software problems. You will serve as a technical consultant for various complex IT system involving the integration of multiple systems across multiple functional departments. You will design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems to ensure availability and functionality, ensuring that systems are designed, maintained, and operated to meet established standards. You will also be involved in cybersecurity activities, design, and coordination.

Your Role

  • Responsible for server level, operating system level, and application-level upgrades and enhancements; user access management and networking monitoring and management.
  • Ensures all hardware is setup to efficiently utilize network resources, that proper network administration is practice, and that no unauthorized access occurs.
  • Provides advanced systems support and consulting to end-users, troubleshooting advanced client-server and networking issues.
  • Assures all computing assets are secure from both physical and electronic intrusion as well as natural or man-made disasters.
  • Provides a stable computing environment through ensuring the physical plant (electricity, wiring, HVAC) is adequate and efficient.
  • Research complex systems questions and scenarios and escalate to the vendor when necessary.
  • Assist with the technical deployment of new IT projects.
Required Experience:


Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Education - a technical degree in IS or related experience / certifications.
  • Experience - Min 4 years of experience working as an IT Analyst with at least 2 years of advanced IT troubleshooting including server technologies and operating systems.
  • Computer Skills - Extensive knowledge of server hardware, server operating systems, VMware, tape storage systems and software, networking technologies and concepts, Microsoft Active Directory. Basic understanding of bank technology processes and procedures, NAS / SAN devices, and database technologies such as Microsoft SQL.
  • Knowledge of information systems security operations, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and telephone skills.
  • Expert level of knowledge of software applications and the ability to learn new software through use and documentation.
