Who You Are

As the voice of our Bank to our clients, it is critical that you are friendly, engaging and patient as you support our various clients needs. You will consistently facilitate positive contact and communications between customers and bank staff generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service. Additionally, you will perform various administrative duties for the branch including incoming and outgoing mail and answering phones

Your Role

  • Answers incoming phone calls, transfers calls, and takes messages when necessary utilizing communication equipment, including multi-line telephone system and electronic call management system.
  • Responds to customer questions and provides general information on banking services and policies.
  • Assist with website, mobile, and online banking questions as needed
  • Follows up on minor customer issues.
  • Processes and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail for pickup.
  • Performs clerical and administrative services for branch staff as needed.
Required Experience:


Your Knowledge and Experience

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1 years of clerical experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to promote a positive image of the bank.
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Consistently maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to handle most customer service inquires and diffuse difficult customer situations independently.
