Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and is accountable for story delivery within each sprint
• Applies enterprise standards and design patterns for solution design, coding, and quality
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
• Participates with team members to drive best practices (peer reviews and other engineering practices)
• Attends team ceremonies and contributes to planning, estimation, and design sessions
• Vocalizes risks in a timely manner and escalates appropriately

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of software delivery and development in Java, Oracle and SQL.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and Participate in agile sessions and be able to work with business partners to build and finalize delivery requirements.
• Familiar with GIT and Bitbucket.
• Solid fundamentals in programming languages such as Java, and integration technologies such a rest APIs, web services, Application Servers - Tomcat.
• Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL). Oracle is preferred.
• Hands on experience on logging & Monitoring tool like Splunk.

Desired Skills

• Agile experience. SAFe Agile preferred.
• LoanIQ Platform, LoanIQ SDK development, Loan IQ Data Model is preferred.
• DevOps experience - Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible is preferred.
• Quick learner and self-starter.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with JIRA
