Job Description:

• Job Responsibilities:

Review monthly reporting from servicers to determine accuracy and timeliness in accordance with the guidelines.
Perform analysis on external data submissions, work with FLU partners to remediate inaccuracies, and fulfill ad-hoc reporting request.
Perform monthly portfolio reconciliation as required by the investors.
Developing recommendations and designing solutions for process improvements involving external reporting
Work with Testing teams to review / reconcile findings.
Implement Business solutions and best practices across external reporting teams.

• Job Requirements:

3 years of experience in investor reporting or mortgage banking industry
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or like Business fields
Proficient in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytic / problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Good communication skills both verbally / written and able to deliver impactful business presentations.
