Job Description:
Accountable for managing design and delivery of integrated credit solutions for for-profit healthcare companies, and for overseeing the underwriting, structuring and negotiating these solutions in a high volume, fast paced business. Partner closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities, and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client. Also accountable for ensuring that loan decisioning activities meet bank policies and procedures and that work product is delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Interfaces with business partners to achieve defined business objectives. Drives loan growth and credit revenue for the bank; accountable for portfolio asset quality and returns. 

Actively engaged in Leveraged Lending routines and forums

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Inspects and manages the health of the bench to ensure succession for the organization, while supporting enterprise talent needs
  • Mobilizes organizational resources to deliver the full range of the bank’s capabilities to meet client needs and to gain competitive advantage

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Trains and develops team to progress in role and advance on team and within the organization
  • Maintains strong market and industry knowledge – financing trends (pricing, structure) and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Drives strong client selectivity
  • Drives loan growth and credit revenue and returns; Actively manages asset quality to protect the bank
  • Maintains strong data accuracy
  • Leads leveraged lending activities
