Housekeeping Manager

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in a commercial setting, such as a hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
- Train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring proper coverage and timely completion of duties.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to established standards.
- Address customer concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance or front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
