Runner Expectations:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience
• Running food from the kitchen to guests throughout shift
• Informing the guests of the food items being delivered to their table
• Verifying any food delivered is accurate and quality check to see if the guests have any immediate needs
• Completing shift work (including opening and closing checklists), as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards
• Being a team player—supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
