Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and processing transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus
