Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciling sales transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Provide support in resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is required
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
