Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop retail sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper product placement
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store goals
- Assist with scheduling, including managing employee breaks and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, with a focus on wireless sales preferred
- Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Knowledge of retail math principles, including profit margins, markups, and inventory control
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and sales reporting
