Looking for a friendly, reliable leader to provide fast, efficient, and friendly service and create a positive environment at a neighborhood coffee shop. You'll ensure a quality experience for guests and team members. You create the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate for training, service, product knowledge and education, safe work practices, and shared values. Responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of the store. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to Operations, Service, Product Quality and Knowledge, Environment, and Leadership.

• 2 years retail management experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
• Possess and maintain valid driver’s license; runs errands, when needed.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms.
• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
• Frequently required to use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting, and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects. Regularly required to handle food, hot beverages, and work with sharp objects.
• Must be able to verbally communicate and be able to understand (read and write) English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
