This role includes both software engineer and systems engineer roles in other companies assigned to support internal business and data applications and systems, as well as team leadership.In this role, you will:Write code to support our business process and automate repetitive tasks with Python, Rest APIs Java script, MySQL and scripting on LinuxProvision and scale our AWS, and GCP based technology stack to support our data warehouse tools including: MySQL, RDS, Snowflake, Machine learning and KubernetesDesign and implement data security for data pipelines and databases.Write code for pipelines and processes which interface to REST APIs and cloud servicesProvision and scale our AWS based technology stack to support our contact center & support teams including IVR configuration, Digital messaging, voice transcription in SalesforceManage infrastructure changes through automation in order to best support our internal teamsWork closely with our Salesforce administration team to integrate with SalesforceAct as team or project lead, conduct daily standup meetings, manage Kanban board for spintsWhat We'll Love About YouThis is a professional role and our ideal candidate will be able to run within a defined scope of work.
