Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen and restaurant management, team leadership, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including overseeing the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards are consistently met
- Supervise and train employees on proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
