Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Steamfitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining steam systems in various settings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install, repair, and maintain steam systems including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures
- Fabricate and assemble piping systems by cutting, bending, welding, and threading pipes
- Inspect and test steam systems for leaks or other issues
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes while working on steam system installations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steamfitter or in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in using power tools to cut, bend, and weld pipes
- Ability to plumb, build, weld, and assemble steam systems according to specifications
- Familiarity with codes and standards related to steamfitting work
