We have positions open in Michigan and Ohio.
At BAM Construction & Development we have enough work for you to get OT week in and week out all year long. We do not run rotations and we have a strong track record of teaching and promoting from within. We are growing in work and in scope and we are looking to add the best talent to our company.
BAM is a construction company specializing in the wireless industry with offices in Ohio and Michigan. Most of our work is in MI, OH, PA, KY, IN and WV. In addition to good wages we offer a full benefits package that includes – health benefits, vision, dental and short-term disability as well as 401K w/match.
We are a growing company with opportunities for career advancement for smart, hardworking and reliable people. WEEKLY PAY WITH PER DIEM! Payday is every Friday, and the current crews are getting over 50 hours a week. We do not limit overtime at BAM.
We currently do NOT send guys on rotations. We offer local work and travel work is typically Monday-Friday.
We are looking for those experienced tower climbers who take pride in the quality of their work and the safety of their team.

Requirements for the position:
· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Must have the ability to travel out of state Monday-Friday
· Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
· Oral and written communication skills
· Ability to climb heights and work at high elevations
· Someone who can follow strict guidelines & meet construction deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
