Baltimine, a warehouse company located in Baltimore, is seeking an Operations Clerk to join our team. The hourly rate is $20, with the possibility of salary negotiation based on performance after 6 months.

The Operations Clerk is responsible for administrative, order creation, and scheduling duties to support daily operations at Batlimine warehouse. The Ops Clerk is primarily responsible for managing schedules within the warehouse, as well as providing support for scheduling and billing related to outbound trucking tasks for Kimpe America, a client and partner company of the warehouse.

These position’s duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing daily orders.
• Scheduling inbound and outbound duties for the warehouse (Baltimine)
• Communicate and create order paperwork to support field operations.
• Enter orders and receipts of shipments in the Company systems to ensure accurate tracking, customer invoicing, and warehouse inventories.
• Supporting for scheduling and billing related to outbound trucking tasks for Kimpe America.

Position Requirements

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• A high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience in a clerical/administrative role.
• 1-3 years of experience in a clerical capacity performing data entry, customer service, accounting, scheduling, general office or similar duties.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to inventory accounting, logistics, scheduling and clerical/dispatcher duties.
• Accomplished in Word and Excel applications.
• Good attention to detail and be good with numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
