ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates beverages for guests according to established recipes and procedures and individualized Process all orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Delivers Legendary Service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and connecting with the customer.
Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
- Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages.
- Operate and balance computer cash drawer and take payment from guest(s) when assigned. Properly process transactions, involving cash, credit card or other forms of payment.
- Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned service areas, seating, and storage areas.
- Must be knowledgeable of all the offerings at the Cafe and be able to educate guests on the products and services.
- Must follow the Thoughtful Service model at all times.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
