QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel, or casino atmosphere.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and be able to maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer knowledge and experience in point-of-sale system preferred.
REASONING ABILITY
Remembering Details, Discriminating Colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Remembering Names & Faces, Examining & Observing Details.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
