• Represents the property in developing, marketing, and hosting casino customers
• Receives and reviews complimentary requests from customers, and obtains appropriate approval for complimentary and comp travel
• Greets customers upon arrival and makes sure reservations are in order
• Works independently to identify and develop new markets that increase market share and profitability
• Works with Executive Director of International Marketing to develop local market strategies
• Makes recommendations regarding promotional events which may attract new business
• Collaborates the marketing efforts of the department through the support of property special events
• Acts as a liaison between casino personnel and customers
