The Role

Bally's Interactive is looking for a Gaming Operations Coordinator who will drive and execute game launches across multiple North American market and brands. The team remit is to release content to all ventures, whilst also making sure the games are of satisfactory quality. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of fast-paced and high growth company within sports betting and igaming spaces!

You will be involved in a diverse range of tasks including games testing, whilst being involved in the entire process of releasing Bally Interactive and 3rd party games onto sites within the ever growing igaming portfolio. You will also have great insight and involvement in all the new features, functions, and developments, which come out of the Bally Interactive and Third party games studios.

This role will report to the North American iGaming Product Team and help drive game strategy forward by working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Retention Marketing, Third Party Providers, Compliance and others. The ideal candidate will be based out of New Jersey or Las Vegas.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and execute the delivery of new, exciting games to market
• Ensure all games released meet quality and product integrity requirements by conducting QA and functional testing
• Foster strong relationship with vendors' operations, executing efficient, collaborative game delivery processes
• Use content management tools to launch and manage placements of new games onsite
• Support content KPIs and related business objectives and metrics
• Track and communicate status, issues, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Who You Are:

• Experience in site editing or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and is committed to self-development
• Ability to build positive working relationships at various organizational levels and influence others to obtain goals
• Natural enthusiasm for casino igaming and online entertainment verticals
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
• Technical awareness of desktop and mobile delivery pipelines
