We are looking for enthusiastic dance instructors to join our team!

Dance experience is preferred, but not required. You do not need to have any partner/ballroom/country dance experience, we will train you!
Once you are ready to teach, the training doesn't stop. We come together as a team every week and work on our dancing and teaching skills so that we can all continue to grow.

You will start on a base pay, and as your schedule grows and your enrollments increase, so will your paycheck.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct dance classes for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Teach patterns and techniques for various dance styles: Country Western (two step, polka, waltz, swing) Ballroom and Latin.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their dance skills
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the goals of the students

Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in dance (though training is provided)
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate dance techniques to students of different skill levels
- Experience in adult education is a plus
- Excellent management skills to maintain consistency in your students progress and create a positive learning environment
