```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the mechanics - Provide estimates for repairs and services based on the mechanics' recommendations - Explain repair processes and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance services - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor or in a related role - Knowledge of auto body repair, suspension, diesel engine repair, brake repair, and other automotive services - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating estimates - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions - Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with mechanics and other staff members Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
