Ballard Power Systems Inc. is Hiring an Inventory Analyst Near Bend, OR
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through ERP systems for efficiency improvement opportunities
- Count stock items, and record data into ERP system
- Year end cycle count process and execution
- Kanban process and execution
- Work order transaction review and analysis
- Review inventory/receiving procedures for operational accuracy
- Analyze and report on all department’s key performance indicators and trend analysis in the areas of Inventory Management such as work order variance, inventory accuracy and on time delivery
- Use approved equipment and procedures to perform incoming inspection on materials and parts against established specifications and control plans
- Identify, segregate and report on non-conforming parts and materials to the appropriate design authority and the Supply Chain team, including creating Non-Conformance Report
- Support in-process quality verification of raw materials as specified in control plans as needed
- 1-3 years of experience in a materials handling or inventory
- Experience and understanding of ERP or MRP system
- Detailed and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – timely, accurate and succinct delivery of information
- Strong time management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities
- 1 years’ experience with using and improving MRP/ERP & RF scan systems
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Experience using basic metrology instruments and measure tolerances is a plus
