Are you a Patient Care Technician (PCT) with experience working with patients with critical care needs? We have an opportunity for you!

Arlington Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Birmingham, AL is currently hiring experienced Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to join our team on our unique Medical Specialty Unit (MSU). We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experienced providing care to individuals in a critical care environment. If you have a desire and a passion to serve the rehabilitation and healthcare needs in both long-term and short-term care, this is the opportunity for you!

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18-years of age

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant certified by the State of Alabama (or willing to become certified)

Demonstrated experience in a critical care environment

Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect

Job Type: Full-Time, All Shifts (Shift Differential Pay for qualified shifts)
