Our Ideal Candidate: 

• 3 or more years of experience at an automotive dealership
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to work in a positive team environment with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical experience
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to work on various makes / models
• Pride in delivering service excellence
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build to your level of ambition
• Choice to mentor less experienced technicians
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are REQUIRED
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
