The Baldwinsville Central School District continually seeks qualified candidates for substitute teaching assistant placements throughout the 2023-2024 school year. Interviews occur monthly commencing in August 2023 and continuing through mid-May 2024.

The starting rate of pay for certified substitute teaching assistants is $17.50 per hour; uncertified substitute teaching assistants is $18.50 per hour.

Applicants must also prove NYS Education Department fingerprint clearance and require Board of Education approval prior to commencing employment.

The Baldwinsville Central School District is located about 10 miles northwest of Syracuse, New York. The district is the third largest suburban public school system in Onondaga County covering approximately 75 square miles and servicing a litttle over 5,500 students in eight buildings.
